Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2–7 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with a photo or video of the damage for review and potential replacement. Damage caused by normal use, wear, or misuse is not covered.

If you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Replacements and Return Tracking

In cases where we issue a prepaid return label, the replacement item will only be shipped once the original item has been lodged with the postal service and is showing as accepted into their system (i.e., scanned in and in transit).

This ensures the return is officially on its way back to us before we dispatch your replacement item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this process.


Shipping and Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver orders promptly but are not responsible for delays outside our control. If your transit time exceeds 30 days due to factors within our control, please contact us to discuss options such as a refund or reshipment.

Please note: Delays caused by external circumstances, such as postal or customs delays, are not eligible for refunds.


Refunds Are Not Provided If the Customer:

  1. Ordered the wrong item (e.g., incorrect model, quantity, or variant).

  2. Cancels the order after payment is completed.

  3. Requests a return, refund, or exchange due to a change of mind.

           Refunds are only issued if the item is faulty.

Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have provided a prepaid label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
